Basis: Execution of the agreement

The processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of our services - in other words, to execute the agreement that we have with you. The number of personal data that we request from you when entering into the agreement is set up to a minimum such that the TyTa mobile application can still function properly with the obtained personal data. In this way we have no more information in our database than we need. This way your privacy will be guaranteed as much as possible.

Basis: legitimate interest

The processing of your personal data is also necessary for the protection of the legitimate interest of the processor and possible third party needed to process your request.

How do we obtain your personal data?

TyTa has information about you because you have provided us with this information.

What are your rights?

If you want to change your personal data in response to a request for access and you cannot change it yourself in your account, you can make a request to do so at TyTa. You can request that TyTa change, correct, add, delete or protect your data.

Restrict the processing:

You also have the right, under certain conditions, to request TyTa to limit the processing of your personal data.

However, we cannot 100% check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent.
